Fall Risk and Home Assessment
I am experienced at working with clients that have early to end-stage Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease. Assessment includes caregiver education to decrease strain while caring for your loved one.
Treatment based upon the CDC's STEADI program to decrease risk of falls. Evaluation addresses more than just pain and mobility, it also assesses medications, visual acuity, incontinence, and comorbidities for a wholistic approach.
Wondering if you or a loved one is at risk? Answer these questions below:

Three key questions for patients [at risk if YES to any question]
1. Feels unsteady when standing or walking?
2. Worries about falling?
3. Has fallen in past year? » If YES ask, “How many times?” “Were you injured?”
