Joshua’s journey into personal training began in his teenage years, shortly after high school. Starting out at just over 120 pounds, he quickly discovered the transformative power of strength training. As his physique developed, so did his confidence, especially in social settings — and he realized just how life-changing fitness could be.

Motivated by his own transformation, Joshua felt a deep calling to help others experience that same sense of empowerment. Though he spent over 10 years working in retail, a field where he thrived as a people person, it never truly felt like his purpose.

Now, with over 15 years of personal fitness experience and a Certified Personal Trainer credential, Joshua channels his passion into creating fun yet effective workout programs. He specializes in balance, stability, and strength training, making fitness accessible and enjoyable for clients at every level.
What drives Joshua most is seeing his clients grow stronger — not just physically, but in their daily lives. He brings energy, empathy, and a smile to every session, committed to helping others feel their best, just like he once aspired to.
